The email notifications in PT are designed to be summary notifications rather than instant ones to prevent an overload of emails for the attorney or secretary. As already mentioned, a soft notification or indicator is already provided on screen.

Be proactive and market this as an efficiency enhancement rather than a new process. This may be a brand new process for some firms but wording seems to play a major part in the initial acceptance of users. No one likes a process change however everyone loves an efficiency improvement!

Training will depend on your current process. If you are currently paper moving to paperless plan on a more in-depth training while current paperless process may require over view only.
